Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship to Pan India.

Processing Time:

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Custom Orders or Backorders: If the item is on backorder or customized, processing may take longer. You will be notified of any delays via email.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options based on your location:

  1. Standard Shipping:

    • All the products which are purchased will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

    • Shipping fees: Calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on weather conditions, postal delays, or other external factors. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Shipping Fees:

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. (domestic only).

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.

  • You can track your order status at any time by visiting the carrier’s website with the tracking number provided.

Shipping Delays:

  • While we aim to ensure timely delivery, sometimes unexpected delays can occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, public holidays, or logistical issues).

  • If there is a significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Address Accuracy:

  • Please ensure that all shipping information (name, address, and contact number) is accurate at the time of checkout.

  • Urban Threads is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or shipping issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • Exchange or damage products will be delivered with in 5-7 business days.

  • Please keep all packaging and take pictures of any damage for claims purposes.

PO Box Addresses:

  • We do not ship to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address when placing your order.

Cancellations:

  • If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
